Attendance is intentionally limited, focused on providing value to those attending the anchor event.. This provides a highly filtered room which is of particular interest to sponsors who would like to tastefully engage with this caliber of audience.
Specifications
Depending on the duration, our events are ideally before and after the “anchor event” and range from smaller intimate dinners with hand picked attendees, to open-invite meals and occasionally we throw after-parties.
We cycle on average 75+ attendees through each event. Food/Drinks are either catered or purchased by us and prepared by a third party. Venues are large houses (mansions), where the hosts stay, with any extra rooms offered to sponsors and select attendees.
Sponsorships are for a single event-series (satellite events for a specific anchor event), but can be negotiated for multiple, all pricing subject to upcoming increases. Coordination is done through WhatsApp and RSVPs use lu.ma, where sponsor branding will be prominently featured across all event-series listings.
